After receiving my B.A. degree from Northern Illinois University, I was drawn to the field of wellness through my personal pursuit of healthy living. Motivated to share my learning with others, I chose massage therapy and nutrition as my vehicle to help others heal, selecting the reputable Chicago School of Massage Therapy to become properly trained, where I completed 650 hours of hands-on training. My passion for delivering excellence led me to continue my education with over 200 hours at the International Professional School of Bodywork and the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy. I studied advanced deep-tissue massage and gained a wealth of knowledge to further my spectrum of techniques.   My education continues today, as I remain committed to quality and to sharing up-to-date therapy techniques with you.
