Hello I’m Rebecca!

 

I am passionate about fitness and helping clients feel better and stronger!

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), I’m thoroughly qualified to help you effectively and safely achieve your exercise goals. I train my clients in the privacy of their own home or outside in the yard or at a park where we can effectively work together in a one on one working environment. I bring all the needed equipment with me – all you have to do is answer the door and be ready for the workout of your life!

 

Together, we’ll work to identify and outline a workout for a healthier lifestyle through a fun and rigorous exercise routine.  Your routine will consist of several different modes of training such as TRX, Sandbag and several high intensity interval training for cardio. TRX is a bodyweight suspension training that can be done at any level and then progressed to the next level.  Each body part can be individually worked or multiple body parts for compound sets for more calorie expenditure to fast paced cardio blasts.  Functional training to prevent injury in everyday life and sport specific training can also be accomplished with the TRX.

 

Sandbag training gives you more resistant training with an unstable lode.  Just like picking up a 20lb child or bag of soil is not the same as picking up a 20lb dumbbell.
